Actuall I already have but it is not supported for Windows 7, only in Win XP I think.

Hello there,

This an excel based tool and it has nothing to do with Windows OS. Just follow th einstructions inside it and it will work fine. Somebody on this forum mentioned that it does not show all the parameters, well as an off the shelf tool it is fine. If you need more trusted tool ask Huawei to provide CME it is the official tool for RNC configuration management.

i think that is possible to use FTP tool such as File zilla and you need only password and user and you can extract the dump file

I have this error when running the tool. I'm using Office 2010.

Would you kindly tell what is the explanation you are getting when you click on help.

Mean while would you make sure to enable all the needed libraries for this tool to run. I do not know if in this thread or another one, I have added shown the needed libraries.

What is your office version?
