Default android ics fach pch issue on huawei 3g

    hi all,

i have some issue regardingthe fach and pchon android icecream sandwich onhuawei 3g network 3g.
during the inactivity, this device cant move to fach or pch always on hspa, i tested it on galaxy s2 and galaxy tab2 with ics.
previously by gingerbread it was normal.
all rrc state feature enabled with 5 s transition timers.

but when i tried on other operator with other vendor (erics), everithing are normal.

this galaxy s2 are the majorit smartphone here, so i belive solving this issues will improve the qualiy.
do you have any same issues ?

the efd is enabled, but we didnt register the tac yet, we thought that its rel8 ue so we dont need to register the tac onrnc, but i propose to register the tac.

anyway, i dont think it s related to fd, since the normal inactivity (not fast dormany triggered), the state changing doesnt work. and whenn the gingerbread was installed,it worked properly, its the same tac, i didnt change the ue.

i think this is related to TAC and EFD, try to add that single tac and check the impact, may be thy update the protocol/timers related to FD
