PDCH on 1800 in GBSS9(BSC6900)

HI dear experts,
We upgraded our BSCs from BSC6000 to BSCs 6900 to getting ps traffic on DCS1800 (EGPRS and GPRS).
But still we have not any PS traffic on DCS TRXs.
There is one parameter to allow dynamic on OL(overlaid=1800) bit mot success.
Please help me. that's very important.

SDCCH Dynamic Allocation Allowed - Yes.
GPRS Support -Yes
EDGE Support - Yes.

Ok, do you have all co-sites? On all sites were you have GSM, exists DCS? If yes. we can make a test (i suspect priority), you can lock GSM cell and for exaple DT team (or from perfomance) you will see, does anybody start to use DCS or not? Because like you wrote, looks or it a bug or something with settings. Need to check all possibilities
