Huawei Nastar tool, how to use it ?

Hi Huawei team,
Some cell show a high call drop problem related to RF cause. So I need to go further in depth analysis to determine a potential interference or coverage problem. I try to exploit CHR feature in nastar tool and I found it tedious to check case by case (user by user CHR) . May be it was the wrong choice.
any idea please
