As far as i know these commands are hidden because their changing could cause significant influence over system performance and Huawei recommendation is to not be touched or their purpose is explicitly for Huawei needs. There is no list with all hidden commands but their number is quite big as well as there is not any explanation nowhere.
Of course all above doesn't mean you can not change them in no way.

just in MML command put EXP CFGBCD it is the same as EXP CFGSYNFILE
this file is used for getting BSC configuration file .

and you can find this file in below link

\bam\version_x(a)\ftp\ExportBcpFile\

it give you not authorized message ?

if yes you have to ask who create for you the user profile to give privilege of exporting CFG in BSC6900.
