Huawei BSC 6900 Dump Extractor

Dear All,

Guys, could you please share tool/extractor of BSC 6900 dump for Windows 7 ?
Actuall I already have but it is not supported for Windows 7, only in Win XP I think.

I think this one only works on Windows XP, right ?

Hello there,

This an excel based tool and it has nothing to do with Windows OS. Just follow th einstructions inside it and it will work fine. Somebody on this forum mentioned that it does not show all the parameters, well as an off the shelf tool it is fine. If you need more trusted tool ask Huawei to provide CME it is the official tool for RNC configuration management.

i think that is possible to use FTP tool such as File zilla and you need only password and user and you can extract the dump file

What version of Office does it work?
I have this error when running the tool. I'm using Office 2010.

Hello there,

Would you kindly tell what is the explanation you are getting when you click on help.

Mean while would you make sure to enable all the needed libraries for this tool to run. I do not know if in this thread or another one, I have added shown the needed libraries.

What is your office version?

I run this file in XP and office 2003 and 2007 and saw this error.Attachment 23910

u need to copy file "Comctl32.ocx" and "Comctl32.dep" to C:\WINDOWS\System32

I have already tried this. but still not working. Same error. I am using Win7 and office 2007.
