    You can have many reasons:

    1. you need to verify your digital maps are correctly imported (with correct projection, datum, UTM zone)
    2. verify you put a site in Atoll with correct coordinates (set format in Atoll - Tool - Option so format of Atoll is the same as format of coordinates of your maps. Do this BEFORE setting up a site).

From your picture it looks like you created coveage prediction in Atoll and then move site. Check on this.

Sure, but you need to have ready 3 text files: sites, transmitters, cells. You don't need to import single site, just create generic and change
site name, longtitude , latitude , azimuth and tilt of the sites

    What is your technology?
Just create on site from template ad you will automatically get 3 transmitters and 3 cells. Export all three to txt (or just copy-paste to excel) and you will have 3 txt templates. Then populate templates with your sites data and import back to Atoll.

    If there is no elevation:
    - your site is in the area where you dont have DTM
    - your DTM is corrupted
    - you are not using DTM

You can share DTM and site info and we can verify ...
