Look into snap but you need to be carefull that the Operation team correctly define the RET.

So it means it is not configured you need to check if the device which enable you to set RET is working or not required to be checked on site.

but when we check it from M2000 MML Command
it Displays RET values..
in same time nothing could be displayed on CME

surprise iam using aslo R13 i have value .

As CME is huawei internal tool so i think you need to check with huawei may be CME has issue.
