Atoll 3.5.0
Hi guys,
Atoll has launched 3.5.0 version. Any comments are welcome.
Release Notes
New features and other changes introduced in Atoll 3.5.0 are described below. For more information, refer to the online help, the Atoll User Manual, the Atoll Administrator Manual, and the Atoll Technical Reference Guide.
Release Note for Build 20876 (1 March 2022)
Working Environment
You can now close tabs, including inactive tabs, by clicking the tab with the central mouse button or wheel.
You can now group transmitters by carrier aggregation group.
Table tabs that were open when the session was closed can now be reopened when the document is reopened by enabling
Restore tables when opening documents in the Windows menu.
You can now search for a column among all the Atoll tables by selecting the Tools > Find Column in Tables menu.
Application icons have been redesigned to support high DPI resolutions and automatically adapt to the Windows scale factor.
Tree view items in the table export dialog box are now collapsed by default.
The order of fields in the Other Properties tab follows the order defined in the Cells table Display Columns dialog box.
Floating type numbers are now exported as IEEE-compliant BINARY_FLOAT or BINARY_DOUBLE types, which reduces memory usage and prevents rounding problems on exported fields.

This release of Atoll version 3.5.0 does not support Atoll In-Building documents.
To work with the Atoll In-Building module, use Atoll version 3.4.2.
Atoll version 3.5.0 requires Atoll Scenario Manager version 4.1.0 or later. Previous
versions of the Atoll Scenario Manager are no longer compatible and must be
upgraded.
This version of Atoll introduces an improved encapsulation method for databases
that is not compatible with Oracle client version 12.2.0.1.0. No issues have been
identified on other versions of the Oracle client and Atoll users are encouraged to
upgrade to Oracle client 18c or 19c.
Users who are unable to upgrade from Oracle client version 12.2.0.1.0 must disable
the latest improvements in Atoll by adding the following lines to their Atoll.ini file:
[TST]
DefaultRsVersion=1
The Measurement Path Selection dialog box has been redesigned and enables you to group field measurements that
correspond to a specific propagation model.
You can now force Atoll to export numbers without a thousand separator instead of using your default regional number format
by adding the RasterVectorExportThousandSeparator option to the [Studies] section of the Atoll.ini file:
Coverage Predictions
By default, predictions are locked after being calculated and it is no longer possible to change this behaviour. The Autolock
option is no longer available in the [Studies] section of the Atoll.ini file.
Database
You can now repair the data structure for a selection of history management tables using the Atoll Management Console.
GSM Networks
In the AFP module, you can now specify the ring depth of neighbours to that are temporarily unlocked. This allows you to allocate
a discrete list of transmitters and automatically consider first (or further) ring interferers and victims for reallocation.
Live
KPI data fields have been reorganised in the database. Display properties involving KPIs that were defined in a previous version
of Atoll, including shading and specific coloring options, might produce different results with Atoll 3.5.0.
5G Multi-RAT Networks
The list of supported QCI has been updated to be compliant with the 3GPP releases 12 and later.
Beam set and scenarios and now supported into Atoll, and beam sweeping modelling has been improved.
The server-wise interference method has been improved to support synchronised SS/PBCH interferences.
It is possible to calculate SS-PBCH synchronised interferences with the carrier-wise interference method by setting the
InterferenceCalculationMethod option in the [OFDM] section of the Atoll.ini file.
The PRACH RSI can n ow be obtained in the point and multipoint analysis.
Modelling of power combing gain is now available for 3D Beamforming antennas.
3D Adaptive Beamforming is now supported by Atoll.
It is now possible to set combinations of broadcast, service and refinement as beam types for cases where same beam is used
for CSI-RS and PDSCH.
It is possible to consider all the service beams of interfering cells in interference calculation by setting the
ServiceBeamInterferenceMethod option in the [Beamforming] section of the Atoll.ini file.
Coverage Thresholds by Network Layers and Radio Channel Characteristics can now be defined.
"SCell (UL)" and "SCell (DL)" have been renamed to "SCell (UL) / SUL" and "SCell (DL) / SDL". During best server processing, both
cell types are considered in the same manner, as if for SCell (UL) cells both SCell (DL) and SCell (UL) were selected.
RSSI and RSRP predictions are now available for 5G NR.
Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS) modelling is now available in Atoll.
CSI-RS power offset can now be different than PDSCH power offset.
Integrity checks when loading a 5G Multi-RAT document have been improved.
5G Multi-RAT frequency carrier allocation is now available in the Atoll AFP module.
Prediction calculation performance is improved when predictions are filtered by carrier or by layer.
Interfer cut-off threshold is now based on maximum path loss value.

I can't find new lic management doc, but for:
Latest release: Mar 01, 2022 Build 20876
Atoll 3.5.0 is a major version with data structure changes. If you work in a multi-user environment with a database and a version < 3.5.0, upgrading the database is required. For further information, please refer to the Data Structure Reference Guide and the Administrator Manual (section 4.5)
From version 3.5.0 R1, standalone dongles of type SuperPro or dongles used in HASP configuration will no longer be supported.
