    Hello,

Simply speaking, Paging procedure, almost the same procedure with MO.
    1. Remove all TCH and SDCCH Blocking
    2. Improve the Call Setup SR
    3. Check the timer to wait repaging on MSS, if it is too fast try to make longer. This should be calculated inline with number of multiframe between paging, Max retrans
    4. Make sure no paging overload

Hi,thanks for your suggestions(reputations added ).I have increased the paging timers from 5/5/5 to 7/5/5 & obsreved some improvement. There are no paging discards as network is only 24% loaded. In the network only 2 LACs of remote BSCs are now having poor PSR where the sites are located at an average distance of 2.5kms.Pls suggest what should i do to improve this.

Kevin, if paging load is approx.20%, whether LAC splitting can improve the PSR or not. No of TRXs are 1000 in the LAC? Can split help to increase PSR?
