    Default Request:GPRS or EDGE Utilization

    How do you calculate GPRS/EDGE Utilization? Do you use the convertion of GPRS/EDGE traffic to Erlangs and then sum it up to voice traffic?? What do you take in consideration for channel capacity...dedicated channels for GPRS/EDGE or what??
