You provided some well known web links, maybe for newcomers and certainly not for the Wireshark training. First of all, most of the links you gave out before you checked them are NO LONGER AVAILABLE!. Second, they require you to become VIP member for getting all the dead links and third they are not 200MB links. Finally, read the comments of the people who tried to get them from the listed links.
So to give you the final conclusion: there was no intent to deceive anybody, especially senior members, other than a genuine desire to SHARE. half of my trainings were just given absolutely free.
Judging from the response of members so far, the forum needs some rule enforcement with respect to password rules, comment rules, etc.
So, thanks for the links, they are dead, they do not have the LC Master Library and next time check them first.

I checked the Links again. They are all working just fine. Given the time, I will upload again in some other website. I suggest you try again because megaupload is not 100% reliable all the time.
It took me a lot of time to put them together. If you do not like them, do not touch them!

Links (hotfile) were also added and checked.
Checked for virus.
Any problems with either megaupload or hotfile PM me.
Any missing links PM me.
You can always find most of them on the web but they do not always work!

It can decode GSM, GPRS and with patches (I believe) some UMTS protocols. Note that is a free tool and is being updated regularly; it also has some third party add-ons (not free). You can follow on google for your interest and also install and check under Telephony(SIP, GSM, GPRS, ISUP, etc). Some further links below..
