yes sure its works in windows 7 32bit and 64bits also
but during the installation you should connect the dongle and then update the dongle online.it can update many drives for the dongle.

you can do the following steps.

1.in put your pc – setup program (tems)
2.add new hardware choose usb drive …….choose next ….. finish
3.device manager ……..click right….update ..choose browse
4.choose your folder{driver (key) windows7}.
