Traffic raster asset3G issue

Hi guys,

I met an issue by creating the traffic raseter in assetr 3G , the traffic dependind on the coverage.
After prediction , I run the the traffic wizard normaly and I get finaly an empty map , no traffic on the map
anyone can help
