How to convert Planet .GRC map into Asset Format?

The Planet .GRC map spans multiple UTM Zones.

How about converting .hgt terrain format to file a format supported by Atoll?

Try to use the util vmconvert from asset.
It will convert hight/clutter files from Planet to asset

On FME Desktop, actually I tried using it, but the translator utility for Asset gives me an error.

Was anybody able to successfully use FME Desktop for coversion of data from Planet to Asset?
