TEMS 10 installation query?

Hi, i have installed TEMS 10.0 and it is detecting both the phones for testing and data stick but am having problem installing pctel (or scanner).

when ever am trying to install pctel drivers it is installing the drivers but it is not showing in ports;instead it is showing in Universal bus controllers.

after then how can we add the pctel or scanner equipment in tems coz universal bus controllers doesn't have port or com numbers assigned.

previous version of TEMS are detecting pctel and samsung phones automatically and we had to add only the data stick mannually.
