    Default need help with npws???

    Hay...

    I am studying at the university..and I got same tasks in Network Planing..

    I need to use npws...which stay for..network planing tool for W-CDMA...

    It is Matlab simulation file...

    So if anyone have some experiance with this..

    I coul use some help...
