E******* UMTS Feature Guidelines

The intent of this document is to introduce important UMTS features from an E******* Radio Access Network (RAN) perspective, and provide detailed algorithms and parameters related to these features.

This document also provides parameter recommendations required to realize the outlined strategy. The recommended values are listed at the end of the document under the “Parameter Recommendations” section for all UTRAN features.

This document is not all inclusive and is only intended to provide a quick reference to some of the various UMTS features available in the E******* UMTS RAN.
