in short time, without mechanical action and deep investigation which give you wonderful reputation in front of the client

rx level access, min for CSSr,radio link timeout for call drop,T200 for Sdcch drop,T3103 for improve handover,Tch immediate assigment for sdcch congestion,load handover for tch congestion relief .

Dear each value of these it depend on vendor specification and see the default value they are optimum value if you see that some of cell is not default ask for history for this change if there is no change for a cluster of sites and monitor kpi with drive test to see what happen.for gprs the parameters for radio link supervision are t3192,pan increment,pan decrement and for power control alpha and gamma
