    Default Siemens important parameters

Experts, I would liek to know the most important siemens BR.9
I have the whole Doc for parameters definitions but it's too huge and I can't read one by one

so if you have simple doc with the important parameters and definitions it will be great

For example, if the target cell has RxLev greater than the source cell HOM, I want to know which parameters
define the seconds that has to be counted before going for handover execution

you need to get the Siemens' training, not only the documentation, any document just for your reference.

    Default Siemens Parameters

    Hello,
I think the important parametrs for Siemens are:

Create BTS: Rxlevamin: that define the minimul level to access to BTS!
and PL parametrs for priority layer between GSM and DCS
For set HAND: There were the thresold for handover decision for quality (RXLEVQUAL UL and DL) level.
For Adjancency parametrs we can found the HOM et PLNC!!

    BR.
