Regarding sudden fluctuation in the Huawei NetworkNetwork

Hi Experts,
I can observe sudden degradation in the all the network KPIs;specialy HOSR,TCH Drops & CSSR throughout the network with all cells being affected in all the BSCs.I tried to confirm with the Transmission team but they replied that there were no fluctuations.Moreover there were no activities done for in RF/NSS & TX.After every alternate day the KPI again comes back to normal.Please suggest the possible cause.

Does all BSCs belong to the same MSC?
It looks like MSC problem, because Inter BSC HO are MSC controlled (in some cases/configurations intra BSC also), MSC also directly affects CSSR and CDR.
If problem repeats I would suggest to try taking A-interface traces and also try to "catch" it by making many short calls with TEMS and checking why calls are dropped.
For now try find in statistics what were the call drop and bad CSSR causes.
