    a really good Transmission Planning Tools,

    but it's really complicated & quite confusing when yu're using on the 1st time ...
    i learn this stuff years ago with learning by doing ...

    Bolehlah dishare donk ilmunya Pak Kaka.Eneine...
    Cuman sepertinya lebih enak kalo dibikin
    Video Tutorialnya... (gw punya aplikasinya...siapa tau tertarik)..

    could anyone explain to me how to get algeria Map files, where could i get this, and how to configure.
    i did download mentum but still can't use it
