I would need map for the following city/country:

1. Singapore

1. Ukraine
2. Ukrainian cities
3. Russia
4. Russian cities

p.s. best option - with vector, clutter and dtm layers.
p.p.s. also i have small pieces of cities (nearly 22; 5x5 square km) and can share with you.

as for me, you wouldn't find such map. cause cost of such map nearly 2000$.
best way is to find small pieces (for example on http://rf.visicom.ua/en/test_samples/) and practice on them.
