ADCE Xml using netact editor

Hi bros,

Anyone know how to prepare xml file for ADCE in order to do the provisioning of the 2G neighbours in netact OSS.

I know how to change mass frequency changes via netact editor, but it's taking too much time because it's manual procedure on netact editor.
I know there is quick way using csv profiles to prepare any kind of object to be provisionned (ADCE, ADJS...).

It's urgent! I need your help

There is two way as far as I know,
the first one is using NetAct plan editor from Nokia it self,
the second way is to export it from CM operations manager to excel using XML templates,

Thanks for ure reply, actually i know these two ways but i'm interested to the Step by Step and how to do using netact editor for example.

For CM Operations manager do u have the defined template for ADCE.?
