this for 2g using tems for drivetest.
has any experience this problem?
in the serving cell parameter,
it shows the same cell serving,
but the other has higher rx level than than the serving?
is it because of the power control?

for BTS 3606c, how to optimize power control ..?
how much level for the BER (in the transmition) can be tolerate to make this BTS work normally.
