TEMS Problem when doing 3G-2G HO

Dear All,

We are witnessing a strange problem. We have *****ed 8.0 and 9.0 TEMS versions with 810i and C702 phones.

We are facing a strange problem, everytime we perform a 3G-2G handover, immediately after HO the call drops. This happens with both 810i and C702 phones.

Rest everything works fine. 2G-3G handover, 2G call setup and 3G call setup all works fine except 3G-2G Ho where the call drops immediately after the HO.

When we try genuine TEMS kits with Nokia or ******** phones, this problem do not happen.

Does anyone has any idea why is it happening and how can we resolve this issue.

maybe 3G not add 2G cell neighbor

sometimes there are bugs that I also faced when DT with non genuine T*MS phone.
so, please use genuine tools at some part of your work.
