ABOUT CELL CENTER ORIENTATION OF MAJOR AXIS

Hi Experts;

We are launching LCS feature for all NodeBs in WCDMA network, to configure this feature, we need to know some parameters like lon,lat,altitude etc. one of the parameter we should know is "cell center orientation of major axis" in degree, the definition of this parameter is "Azimuth of the semi-major axis of an uncertain area in the cell center (the counter clockwise angle from the semi-major axis to the north)". we thought this is the azimuth but it is not, this value should be between 0 and 179 in huawei documents. But, as you know the azimuths are in the value of between 0 and 360.
