Select Transmitter, press Shift and Select another Transmitter
Or you can import txt file with all neighbors at ones.

To see a file format you can add one reletion manually then do an export to file. In general frmat like this: Site_Transmitter(Carrier) nSite_nTransmitter(nCarrier)
