add-delete neighbors with Mapinfo

someone has an add-on for Mapinfo, so we can link an excel file config (of the network) to Mapinfo. It'll create sectors (like sitesee, sitemaker), and we could draw or delete lines between 2 sector to make them become neighbors each others, or not neighbor

Gtool is one of tool can add/delete neighbor easily in Mapinfo. you can import excel file to this tools.
