Low Call setablishe rate

Hi All,


I have a problem regarding Call setup for special sector of a site


according to short call test (30 time each one is 15s) and delay(5s) between.
the result was:

1 blocked call
28 call setup
11 call established

the problem is call establish rate is very low. Please advice

if you are using 5s then end the call most probably you are ending the call during the setup phase.. Other wise it needs more investigation on your case..

The main reason for low call establishment is come from signaling you donot have any congestion on Um interface or abis.

Check the stats for 2G Random Access Success Rate SDCCH & TCH congestion Immediate Assignment Success Rate & TCH Assignment Success Rate. 3G UL RSSI, RRC & RAB Success Rate..
If you are testing 3G Indoor make check the number of repetitions on your log file and let me know, this case is very common with indoor, I have some suggesions regarding that..
