go to windows services check whether the sql server is started

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to connect the Data Storage of TEMS Discovery to SQL Server, but a message box appears as shown in the attached image.
I've tried logging in using an SQL account, but it keeps failing.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

if you donot know the credentials , install ssms client and login to the database as windows authentication user . then from there you can reset your sql user password
usually the user need to be reset is temsuser
I don't think that's a SQL Server account.
I tried activating SQL Server using 'SQL Server Management Studio' and was able to log in successfully.
I also tried logging in using the Windows account or the default account of Tems Discovery, but it always shows a failure when I save the configuration and run.
can you go to logs of discovery and logs of server to have more details about cause of error
