    Default Volte Activation : SRVCC issue -- Vendor E ///

    Hi experts

    We did a trial for Volte activation on a cluster. we noticed that SRVCC to Utran dosent work.

    After change the parameter : srvccCapability from PS_AND_CS_SUPPORTED to CS_ONLY_SUPPORTED, problem was resolved.

    Can anyone support to check and expain why SRVCC works with srvccCapability=CS_ONLY_SUPPORTED and not with srvccCapability=PS_AND_CS_SUPPORTED ?.

    Is there a related parameter or feature to double-check for RAN side or other setting from Core Side to check so that SRVCC become working with
    rvccCapability=PS_AND_CS_SUPPORTED
    ?

    Ericssson vendor.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    PS_AND_CS_SUPPORTED is not supported from your core network that's why you were getting failure . Nothing further from RAN can be done . Get in touch with your IMS team
