Sharing a personal Mapinfo Tool that has below options:-

> Plot Sites on Mapinfo - customized size/color/number of layers
> Display/Delete/create Neighbors 2G/3G/X2 Links
> Display 2G Frequencies
> Display 3G Scrambling Code
> Display 4G/5G PCI/RSI/Mod3
> Display MSC/BSC/RNC/LAC/RAC/TAC Border
> Display any column thats added to the input file
> Display KPIs
> Display Timing Advance
> Display Transmission Links
> Applicable for 2G/3G/4G/5G

Requirement : Works on Mapinfo 16 or higher
