Even if the devicelist says TEMS Pocket 24.x on the Mxflex I have not seen anything in the release notes of later versions that Mxflex is supported.
I can only find IBflex, Gflex and HBflex support.

However,
Make sure you run a version that have support for MXflex and using cable.
Do you have the correct licenses?
Check with TEMS Support if you have all the correct version and license.

What is the version of the TEMS Pocket and on which device UE, TEMS Pocket is installed.
May be I can help you remotely in connecting the device.

There is nothing to see, Mxflex not work with Tems pocket, no use in wasting time. If someone needs DRT4311B V2 scanner that connects with Tems Pocket and Nemo Handy, contact me, I have one full package on stock with good price.

Make sure your MXFlex has a Bluetooth Interface license, then you need to install SeeGullConnect-xx.xx.xx.apk on your UE, pair your scanner with your UE, open TP and configure the connection with the scanner. I think you'll get it working with it.
