(KPIs) related to the Evolved Packet Core (EPC) in a 4G LTE network:

• Signaling KPIs:
  
  • Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR): This measures the percentage of call attempts that are successfully established.
  • Call Drop Rate (CDR): This measures the percentage of calls that are dropped before completion.
  • handover Success Rate: This measures the percentage of successful handovers between cells during a call.

• Packet Transfer KPIs:
  
  • End-to-End Throughput: This measures the average rate of successful data transfer between user equipment (UE) and the core network.
  • Packet Delay (Latency): This measures the time it takes for a data packet to travel from the UE to the core network and back.

• Resource Utilization KPIs:
  
  • ERAB Establishment Success Rate: This measures the percentage of successful attempts to establish an EPS Bearer (E-RAB) which is a logical connection for packet switched bearers.
