ATOLL 3.5.3
A new Atoll version it's available.
Release Note for 3.5.3
Tks for reputation
Microsoft SQL Server 2014 is no longer supported.
Atoll can no longer be installed on versions of Microsoft Windows 10 prior to version 1607.Database
When opening an ATL document from a database, you can now prevent Atoll from loading passive or physical antennas andbeamforming models that are not used in the document. This feature is not available for In-Building documents.Working Environment
You can now specify the number of decimals when exporting raster files in the ASC format or when using the Raster FormatConverter add-in by setting the DecimalPlaces option in the [RasterExport] section of the "Atoll.ini" file.
The search function in table drop down menus has been improved. The search scope is expanded and the search results arenow highlighted.
A Duplicate command for service, mobility type and terminal tables is now available for 5G Multi-RAT documents in the TrafficParameters folder of the Parameters explorer.
Geographic Data
Atoll now supports Microsoft Azure Maps for online maps and for geolocation searches. You can specify the online maps and
geolocation search service key in the [OnlineMaps] and [OnlineSearch] section of the "Atoll.ini" file. For more information, see
the Atoll Administrator Manual.
Calculations
The Distributed Calculation Servers can now be made accessible over different subnetworks through DNS.
You can now explicitly set the affinity of P-Cores on Intel 12th Gen CPUs for computation threads in Atoll and the Distributed
Calculation Server. This is done by setting the Affinity option in the [RemoteCalculation] section of the "Atoll.ini" file.
You can now explicitly set the priority between user interface and computation threads in Atoll and the Distributed Calculation
Server. This is done by setting the Priority option in the [RemoteCalculation] section of the "Atoll.ini" file.
Coverage Predictions
When displaying the results of a coverage prediction in a histogram, you can now see the Min, Max and Median value of the
prediction criterion under the Statistics section.
The percentage of area used when displaying the results of a coverage prediction in a histogram is now the entire zone instead
of a specific coverage area inside the zone.
A colour table describing the RGB component of each coverage predictions result interval is now generated when using the
Coverage thresholds option to export in BIL format.
5G Multi-RAT Networks
3MHz carrier widths are now supported to model 5G Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS).
Non Standalone Mode (NSA) is now available for 5G NR predictions and point analysis.
5G Calculation Modes are now available in 4G/5G Predictions and Point Analysis.
The minimum throughput demand condition is now set on aggregated throughputs for DL/UL Service Area and Capacity
Predictions.
The InterferenceCalculationMethod option that sets a mix of server-wise and carrier-wise interference calculation approach can
now be used for to LTE, NB-IoT and Wi-Fi subscriber analysis and multi-point analysis. For more information, see the
Administrator Manual.
The Effective Service Areas prediction is now available for 4G/5G.
Beam Usage can not be calculated when no transmitters has a beamforming model.
Beams without diagrams are now considered as inactive for 3D Beamforming.
The options for carrier aggregation overlap in the AllowCAonOverlappingCarriers setting in the [OFDM] section of the "Atoll.ini"
file have been changed.
You can now automatically allocate PRACH PRBs with the AFP tool in 5G NR documents.
In-Building Module
You can now create Tunnels in the In-Building Module.
A new material, Concrete (Underground) is available for Tunnels. It is associated to a new Wall type, Underground wall, in the
In-Building Multi-Wall Model propagation model.
Repeaters Systems can now be modelled using Donor Antennas and Repeaters.
Radiating Cables can now be modelled.
You can now add a New Page to the Design View.
You can now choose to display or hide Surfaces Excluded from predictions in the Floor View.
When adding a surface to a Design Scope, you can now create a new Design Scope.
It is now possible to select all the building parts in a Floor View by pressing CTRL+A.
Passive DAS equipment can now be used in any direction and reversed, in order that source side ports can be used as antenna
side ports.
Active Sources now have output ports.
It is now possible to change the name of the transmitter in a Source properties.
A new report Radiating Cables Report is now available for radiating cables.
The Equipment Check now verifies that connectors have one and only port.
The Antenna Selection Assistant is now available for Antennas In-building Components.
The Equipment Check is now automatically run when exporting equipments in XML.
Automatic Cell Planning (ACP)
The beam usage calculation can now be based on traffic maps.
The following objectives are now available:
CSI-RS C/(I+N) for 5G NR networks
UL Signal Level for LPWA networks
When creating candidate sites on existing sites, the number of sectors of the station template used to create the candidate is
automatically adjusted to match the number of sectors of the existing site. In addition, candidate and existing sites are
synchronised.
I don't have the installation kit.

Re: ATOLL 3.5.3
Ok, let's say for a minute that I have the setup file, now how I cure it? "Sentinel protection key not available (7)." What do? My Atoll is sick and I need the medicine to cure it, and make it healthy again with its raster, indoor, 5G, acp modules and all bells and whistles.
