Clutter height map for ATOLL

I don't have crosswave so can't help with that - can you share it?
Did notice your rar was missing some files.
Mapinfo Tab format is comprised of multiple files with .tab and .map being the key ones. They are not included in your rar file and for someone to help, they might want them.

i tried to create a vector file using qgis. i could not succeed in using the file with crosswave propagation model. Any help suggestion in this regard pl.

i tried to keep the main columns Name/Type/AGL/Polygon_Type .
While importing in atoll x and y values are being considered and all the polygons are not properly marked.

Whilst I don't have crosswave, I have Chicago training data which includes crosswave building heights and other files. Buildling heights is big so I have clipped the data to a smaller area.
You can download from here and import the tab into QGIS to see the content and format.
