Help with RM1 and my Sepura's SRH3500W
Hello everyone, so im new on this forum and hope i will find a solution for my problem, thanks in advance.
So i recently bought 7 SRH 3500W all on the TW band and i need to program them all.
I found an activated version of RM1.81 somwhere, i did everything correct but when i want to use the batch with RM1.81 Client i can't do anything and the bar at the bottom is orange.
I looked what this means in the manual and its said "No licence code is available from the Server for this Client", so i don't now what to do.

Re: Help with RM1 and my Sepura's SRH3500W
You must enable your client in the RM.
Client colour codes:
Orange: For this Client application, there is no programming batch available on the Server
Pale green: The Client starts in progress and initializes your connection to the server (before Connected mode)
Dark green: The Client works by connected to the server application (Connected mode)
Yellow: Stopping the Client in progress
Red: The Client has stopped
Burgundy: The Client application has been stopped by the Server
Pale blue: The Client is in the process of starting and initializing the Disconnected mode (to prevent Disconnected mode)
Dark blue: The Client is running without being connected to the Server application (Disconnected mode)
Black: The Client has lost connection to the Server application
My advice: enable a new client every time you start Sepura Radio Manager
SRH-3500W radios can be upgraded to version 10.5.

Re: Help with RM1 and my Sepura's SRH3500W
I'm glad I could help.
Keep your fleet of seven radios on the same firmware version.
It will make programming much easier.
In this case, a single template is sufficient.
