How to calculate Time of Speech Codec in TDD ?

Dear bro
Could you pls share how to calculate the time of each speech codec ( voice test case ) in TDD ? Ex: AMR 12.2kbps has xxx (s) throughout the whole testing time ....
In TDD, we have Speech Codec Main Rate DL that have the samples ( but not the time )
