    Dear friend
    probably Nokia optimizers knows about RFmonitoring,RFscan which captures RF spectrum of base station to analyse interference on spectrum, with the advent of sran18, RFview application could open these rfcap file.
    I will be grateful ,if anyone can share this program

    Do you have the .rfcap to analyze it in and see if its possible to parse in python?
