I have a problem with the Inter Sgnb PSCell change success rate which in its formula does not give the information per nrcellrelation, can we relate the KPI by nrcellrelations and if so please share with me the method and counters ( ihave the global counters but i don’t know how to get the information per nrcellrelation)
