On a side note. Can you copy out firmware from one radio to another (ie radio1 has:R17.010.8416 to a radio with R17.000.8416) using usb cable

The 19.9 FW 9494 is way below that.

You are right! But MTP3100 only supports up to MR19.0!

if so, you need only CPS Plus 7.4 to rogram them.
Not so good news for you: i have only MR19.0 in TEA3 non E2EE version.
