Does it work ok with Windows 10? I can install and open without the patch.
When I apply crack / patch it fails to open the CPS.

Yes, it works perfectly on Windows 10. Without the patch it will be just cps plus! Copy and paste the CMT.ConfigManager.dll file and the patch file and paste it into the m0t0r0...bin folder, where cps was installed (disk c 86x)...when pasting, choose to replace files! Restart the machine...and ready to use!
