Check options/functions actived in UE !

Dear bro
Do you know how/tool to extract and read the supported functions/options of UE, like Samsung, Sony... ? Or get full UE Capacities ?
For example: I wanna to know does the options VoLTE MMTel can be supported in Samsung S22 ?
Due to UE capacities reading by Tems cannot show full of them
