    Post STP 8040 Tones

    Hi everyone,

Does anybody know how to disable certain tones in Radio Manager 2 ? For example when you release the PTT button there is a distinctive tone, also when the call is cleared there is another tone, how can I disable them ?

    Thanks in advance.

Profile -> Profiles (create a profile if it doesn't exist)-> User Profile -> Alerts

Probably On the "Call Alerts" tab, select the "Stop Talking Alerts" option.
For each option, see the description in the help. Select the option, then Help -> Show parameter help

Okay I will try it, many thanks !

EDIT : So I tried to disable the "Stop Talking Alerts" tone but when I released the PTT button there was still the tone. So I then tried to disable the "Half Duplex Call Alert" and the "Engaged Alert", and it worked. I don't know which of these two was the right one but that's what I did.

    Thanks.
