Hi, as I understood, you have working TPT. And when you tap "scan product" it's an error?
If so. You just need to edit file \Program Files..\Cassidian\TETRA Programming Tool\phoenix.ini
just Copy lines with, for example RC-4, and replace to your RC.
THR9i 380/410 MHz - RC-30
THR9i 330 MHz - RC-38
THR9i 350 MHz - RC-42
THR9i 800 MHz - RC-45

In my TPT software directory is only one PPU file: ppui.dll and no more PPU files.

Hi. For activating menu, you just have to add model to phoenox.ini File
If you have ordinary dongle (PK-1M) - standard menu will be activated.
If you have service dongle (as I remember PK-1S)- some parts of menu are added/
Otherwise
If you have FPS, and proper firmware you can change firmware in radio.

good morning friend, the ideal is to use the taqto software but I don't have a dongle or license file it's a shame because that software (TAQTO) is the correct one for this computer, when using phoenix it gives me errors even when placing the ini file correctly, yes the 2010 tpt is used, which is the one that works well and that I only use with a paid access because I don't have a dongle, it works perfect, greetings and thanks for your help

Try the TETRA Programming Tool for Operator 2011.38.67.0 (Win 7, 2016.07) version, i have the older 2009 version and i have no problem under Win10 PRO x64 when i'm programing my THR9i.
