Find sfnt lic after 16 byte you get q/r pairs 4096 byte

Not jet. As sample old Z****x software use random and non-random (some algo) q/r with 56 bytes of length.
Binary table for non-random table (if you have sspro dongle) is over 33 Mbytes.

So you can try to get log and he will useless
