Default Personal phone. 24/7/365. please, share your experience and practice.

I think a lot of people see, that I'm interested in Telecom and RNP ))

before I work for boss, but now it's just a hobby for me, and my contacts have changed )))

I previously worked with vendors, Huawei, ZTE, Lucent, ALU, Nokia, NEC, etc.
but now I only have many friends all over the world. from AU to LA, and no vendor restrictions.

between them - the whole world, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China,
Russia from Vladivostok to Kaliningad, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Egypt,
a little Europe, well, Canada and the east coast of America.
well, in my country, I start writing to my friends at 05:00.

I believe that my phone (Telegram/WeChat/Viber/Skype/email) is available 24/7/365,
if I sleep, then I just turn off the sound in advance, or read or answer immediately.

    so my question is simple.

what are your rules with your phone, when you sleep and when your friends sleep ?

    please write your opinion ))

    Thanks))

Carver, good question. I turn my phone onto silent mode and turn off data at night while I sleep. I use it as an alarm to wake up. I value my sleep too much nowadays ... I can't party like I used to !! Cheers, Stan.
