Upgrade the transceiver (R14) and the control head (R17) to the highest versionFW! (6911, 6517 or 6511).
If done, read terminal, save codeplug.
You can try upgrade again, if you reached the highest version, there is no upgarde avaible.
Now done, you have migration version FW/SW on your radio!

After that you can use CPS Plus software and upgrade your terminal to the latest avaible firmware MR5.14.10d FW 8492, h FW8493 or i FW8494
