079000	DL_RLC_BLOCKS_IN_ACK_MODE	Number of DL RLC data blocks sent to an EGPRS MS in acknowledged mode for the first time. Retransmitted blocks are not included.
079001	DL_RLC_BLOCKS_IN_UNACK_MODE	Number of DL RLC data blocks in unacknowledged mode sent to an EGPRS MS. In unacknowledged mode there are no retransmissions on RLC level. The PCU does not know how many of these blocks get correctly through to the MS.
079002	UL_RLC_BLOCKS_IN_ACK_MODE	Number of valid UL RLC data blocks with a new BSN received in acknowledged mode from an EGPRS MS within a radio block having a valid header.
079003	UL_RLC_BLOCKS_IN_UNACK_MODE	Number of valid UL RLC data blocks with a new BSN received in unacknowledged mode from an EGPRS MS within a radio block having a valid header.
079008	RETRANS_RLC_DATA_BLOCKS_UL	Number of retransmitted UL RLC data blocks carried within radio blocks in acknowledged mode having a valid header. These retransmitted RLC data blocks can also be sent by an EGPRS MS without request from the PCU.
079009	RETRANS_RLC_DATA_BLOCKS_DL	Number of retransmitted DL RLC data blocks in acknowledged mode. The same block can be retransmitted several times.
